Smoky Mountain Timber provides tree removal, trimming, land clearing, and related services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and site accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from what was originally observed. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, hidden hazards, limited access, or safety concerns.

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the start of work. Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make payment may result in delays, additional fees, or collection actions.

Once a service has been scheduled, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee if adequate notice is not provided.

Service timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Smoky Mountain Timber is not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. Smoky Mountain Timber is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, unmarked lines, irrigation systems, or hidden property features. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any known hazards prior to service.
